"doling out no-bid awards". Oh how adding a word and a letter changes the meaning of what happened. There was ONE no-bid award that was NEVER awarded. Lurita signed a piece of paper that she claims was to move it to the next step, but my guess is she knew what she was doing. She wasn't doing it for gain, not for $20k. She has many million of dollars, so I am sure this was an innocent task. She does have a bit of a "I am Lurita and I can do anything" attitude which has once again got her in trouble, however she is a very honest, caring person who is always trying to do the right thing.
