Off Topic:- Robert McNamara, "the architect of the Vietnam War," died today at the age of 93.

How many Vietnam vets still suffer from that senseless war? And how many scores from Iraq and Afghanistan will suffer in years to come?
McNamara was no saint, and was troubled for years by the terrible decisions he was party to. I doubt Rumsfeld and others lose any sleep over their inane decisions...which is tragic. |

I have no use for him,. He planned the Attack at the 'Bay-Of-Pigs' on Cuba, then helped escalate Viet Nam with LBJ(over 58,000 soldiers died, plus those with many, many left-over health problems, that are still dying). I hope LBJ, Lady-bird, roll over in their graves also!!! good ridance Robert 'Strange' McNamara(you will be held accountable for 'all' these deaths)!!! |

Just surfing thru some old posts.......McNamara had nothing to do with the Bay of Pigs fiasco, he put his first stamp on the Cuban missile crisis. |
