I took my 1984 Ford Thunderbird to Town and Country Toyota in Charlotte. I told the man that it said on TV Obama will give me $4,500 for this clunker. The man said on trade for a new Toyota we will do this. I said no I want the money from Obama. The man said he is not Obama and does not give out money for Obama. He said if I go to Washington DC Obama might give me my money. I told him the Thunderbird would not make it that far. He said Don't you want to buy a new Toyota. I said no. he said to leave Town and Country Toyota. I said kiss my big black ass. He got scared and went inside. I showed that cracker.

This is another program, just like the housing assistance. Qualify people that can't pay for the car and they lose it.

Oh yea-you showed that "cracker?". Awesome thing to say you twit, but we are going to show you, and Obama that we are not going to be demonized by him, nor people like you who want to "show us something". You just showed your lack of knowledge on anything.

Obama say he is going to redistribute the wealth. He will be like Robing Hood and take from the rich and give to the poor. I have already got checks from the government and I will get a lot when I get my tax refund. I only work partime since I loosed my job. I am going to get the free healthcare that Obama is giving to us. I do not now have insurance. I never like to pay money to doctors and hospitals. The cash for clunkers is a way of making new car cheaper and it means car makers can sell more. It is good but I thought it meant they will buy my old thunderbird. No it is for added on to the trade in. So if Larry Jay Mitsibishi give me 2000 the Obama check is another 4,500 off so I get the Mitsibishi for 6,500 less than what they want. Good deal yes?

All this program did was qualify people to purchase a new vehicle they could not have bought. Kinda like the housing scam. They will now lose those 30,0000 cars and some will actually walk! Obama does not have a F-----clue!
Where's the jobs Obammy??????

Exactly. The auto dealers are probably going to get screwed while many of those that were hoodwinked into falling for this scam are, most likely, going to default on their car loans.

Anyone care to guess who will be stuck paying for this "subprime car loan" scam?

Daily Horoscope for January 5

Virgo

You aren't fooling anyone - it's easy for everyone else to see that inexperienced people are unaware of their obligations, Virgo. You're grumpy about starting a familiar process from the beginning again, but don't let that get in the way of getting on with it. Sour grapes have no place in your daily dealings. Although you may 'own' a project, it's ultimately in the hands of someone else. Deal with it and then move on.
