Power Naps Can Be Sign Of Productivity

It's about 2 p.m. in Miramar, Fla. At the far end of a parking lot serving several office buildings, Jorge Hernandez opens the back door of his 2004 Honda Accord and disappears inside.

Hmmmmmmmm I wonder if we could convice all our employers to pay us for a little down nappy time in order to increase productivity hahahahahahha.

Maybe I'm different than most. When I nap for 20 mins, I feel groggy and out of sorts. I don't nap for that reason (at least not on purpose).

Do you really nap ? It makes me feel more tired. And we've been eating lunch at our desks for so long now I think the bossmen would freak out if we disappeared for an hour lol.

makes me more tired, only nap when my MS is kicking my butt or when I am sick...

I know people who nap as much as possible even though they do nothing...Productivity? I think not...

Instead of taking a power nap, take Provigil (Modafinil)which is a wakefulness promoting agent that improves wakefulness in individuals with excessive daytime sleepiness.

Exactly,from a little nap,say after lunch,I awake feeling groggy.takes me a few minutes to feel like working.
