I would seriously consider one if the price were more affordable.$50K+ is out of most consumers reach, considering the cost of gas to begin with. Making all fullsize pickups and SUV's would make them more affordable. The price of airbags and antilock brakes dropped when they were mass produced and offered as standard equipment. GM is the only manufacturer to offer the hybrid option on fullsize vehicles, take advantage of the opportunity and make it standard. Thus, maximizing the R & D spent on the fullsize hybrid. A 6.0 V8 SUV or pickup that gets 21mpg city has to be envied, when most smaller midsize cars are lucky to achieve the same city mpg. Most people don't want a smaler vehicle, safety, size, towing and comfort are worthwhile cosiderations. Trucks suffer because of low city mileage, the hybrid would aleviate that problem.
