Lawrenceville man robbed at gunpoint
The Bibb County Sheriff's Office is investigating an armed robbery that occurred Wednesday afternoon in the parking lot of the Comfort Inn, 4951 Eisenhower Parkway.
Julian Andrew Paschal, 39, of Lawrenceville, who was staying at the motel, discovered the windows busted out of his red Dodge Ram 3500 van around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to a sheriff's office report. Nothing appeared to be missing, but tires had been removed from inside the vehicle and placed outside and other items appeared to have been moved around, according to the report. Read more
