Obama signs new 'clunkers' bill

Full story: Tulsa World

The $2 billion message - keep those clunkers coming. President Barack Obama signed into law Friday a measure providing more money to the "cash for clunkers" trade-in incentive program that has drawn crowds to formerly deserted showrooms and blew through most of the initial $1 billion within a week.

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Cancer

If you want to avoid having a row with someone, get out and about as much as possible today so you can work off all your nervous energy. If you stay in one place for too long you'll be in danger of becoming moody, and possibly even a right old crosspatch. You might also lose your temper with loved ones who are being bolshie or who have the audacity to disagree with you about something. Lighten up, Cancer!
