To refuse to condone the use of condoms, they're approving the very slow murder of people, who often, do not have a say in whether sex is going to occur.
The responsible thing to do would be to consider the suffering of AIDS victims and do all they could to enlighten, even frighten, everyone about the horror of AIDS, which in turn would encourage RESPONSIBLE "PROTECTED" SEX, and in doing so, effectively reduce its spread.
These control freaks do not live in reality, how could they, in their immoral castles of decadence, alone with their masturbation.

Giving money and charity to Africa leads to more children, which produces more needy people, which leads to more charity, which leads to more reproduction, which produces more needy people, which leads to more charity, etc. etc. ad infinitum.
When will Western countries finally learn - every day we see the results of exporting our good intentions to the rest of the world. The West has been doing this since the 1700’s in undeveloped parts of the world - we are appalled at the poverty and inequality in these countries and try to 'help' them.
What we actually do is enable them to outbreed the carrying capacity of their environment which in turn destroys their traditional way of life.
