WOW. And exactly how are they going to determine which of these women will live long enough to die of breast cancer, and which ones will die of something else first? Who wants to sign up for this new form of Russian Roulette? Not me! |

PS -- This has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with "over-diagnosing."
What this is saying is that 75% of the time, breast cancer IS life-threatening. What other disease would we say is over-diagnosed because it's only life-threatening 75% of the time??? It's absurd. What is the matter with these researchers???? |
