Driving charge after boy killed in yard

AN alleged drink-driver has been charged with culpable driving over a crash that killed a six-year-old boy playing in the front yard of his home in Victoria's south-east. Six-year-old Bangoang Tut was killed when a car crashed through the front fence of his Crinigan Rd house at Morwell at around 7pm yesterday.
