Dogs have more rights than people. Soon they'll be like the cows in India.

Terroristic threats, assault and battery. You fit right in with high crime Dekalb County. No way they'll prosecute you there.
Don't make faces at a dog or use swear words around a cat or you'll be prosecuted to the max!

I got bit by a not so large dog which came over a 6 foot fence one time, I think the guy was within his rights. He just did not want to get bit and the prosecutor is just playing it up for publicity. The owner even commented on how intensely the dog was barking. If his yard was being marked he probably knew people were going to be there anyway.

This guy should demand a jury trial. 4 million dog bites in the US every year so it would be impossible for 12 jurors to be blindly sympathetic to the dog. My sister was bitten in the face when she was 18 months old. The dog came running into our yard and jumped up in her face to bite her. The dog was so small he had to stand on his hind legs to bite that high. Too many people have similar experiences that would make them see the people side of dog danger.

The point was that he went over to the fence when the work was not around the fence. He did this on purpose. If he was scared of the dog he would have not went around the dog when where he was working was not around the dog or the fence. This is not about animals having more rights than people, this is about people or one man being cruel to a dog when he thought he could get away with it. He should be prosecuted!

Hateful people like you would be barred from the jury. The guy deserves a fair trial and he certainly couldn't get one with you and your prejudices.

Exactly, he should have been tazed(the man with the paint)
Why the phuque do people make ignorant comments about being mean to animals when the story obviously states the dog wasn't near him. I really think 75% of Atlantans don't deserve to own animals at all.

Sorry that you think I am hateful and prejudiced just because I do not think people should not be mean to an animal that had done nothing to them. Yes I do think he should get a fair trial and if found guilty he should be punished. There was simply no reason at all for what he did. I have no hate for that man at all, if anything I feel sorry for him that he felt that it was OK to hurt someone's dog.

Oh yea, that poor dog is psychologically traumatized for life. NOT!
There was no harm done to the dog that was harassing the worker by his non stop barking. I'd say they're even.
You need to attend the next poodle show and go around beating up on those dog show people who professionally color tint their poodles light blue and pink. Until you get the guts to do that you need to shut up about this bark-a-holic lab.

Daily Horoscope for November 14

Capricorn

The Moon enters intense Scorpio and your eleventh house of friendships today, giving your relationships a more emotional edge. One of your associates may need you right now, so be prepared to lend a shoulder to cry on. Refuse to become embroiled in someone else's drama, however. You may be sympathetic, but you know when to steer clear of trouble.
