Seems like we either have a faulty investigation leading to an improper arrest or we just let go two child abusers. I am going with the idea that the 15 year old did not like that fact that they would not let him drink or smoke anymore so he embilished things. I guess since they have placed him elsewhere he will be able to go back to drinking and smoking, I am sure that will be in the best interest of the child. Heaven help us to have discipline in the home.
