Michael Rosendale had been living in the Philippines for 15 years as a volunteer pastor when he was killed during an attempted robbery on February 19. His mother, Fay Rosendale, of Huonville, said her son's ashes were back on home soil but his widow and children - aged between seven and 15 - were still in the Philippines.
