N.J. to file theft charges against Chester wedding photography studio for defrauding newlyweds

The state Attorney General's Office is preparing to file theft charges against a defunct wedding photography studio that stiffed thousands of couples out of their nuptial pictures and videos , according to legal papers filed in Superior Court in Morristown.
