Mtl exhibit explores contemporary Quebec art, features more than 30 artists
“Rien ne se perd, rien ne se cree, tout se transforme”
- The Musee d'art contemporain de Montreal is launching the first edition of the Triennial of Quebec Art this summer, an exhibition devoted to the current state of contemporary Quebec art.
To be held every three years, the Triennial is the most ambitious Quebec art exhibition of its kind ever presented, says the museum.
Works of more than 30 artists will be on view from May 24 to Sept. 7. The range of media includes painting, sculpture, photography, performance, video and installation. Read more
