Justice throws out $64G bill for seized dogs

CARMEL - A state Supreme Court justice has ruled the Putnam Humane Society is not due $64,000 for caring for purebred dogs that were seized - nd much later returned - to a Kent breeder after charges of animal ... via Journal News
