A 17-year-old girl has been arrested after squirting a form of irritant chemical into the face of a woman, leaving her with facial injuries. The victim, a woman in her 40s, was walking along Fletton Avenue, Peterborough, and heading towards the city centre between 1pm and 1.30pm on September 19 when she was attacked.
