A massive clear out of houseboats moored up on the infamous 'railings' on the River Cam could be done as part of major changes to the Cambridge waterway. A consultation on Cambridge City Council's approach to the management of moorings on its land along the river is set to be considered by councillors next month.
Tributes have been paid to the two men who were killed in last year's "tragic" accident at Brandon Creek near Littleport. One of the men killed was 24-year-old Timothy Wildbore, who was driving the Mini which was hit by Butler-Eldridge's Volkswagen Passat.Mr Wildbore lived in Victoria Street, Littleport, with his girlfriend of seven years.
