upd is doing a great job dumping garbage on someone elese property a utica police officer has no respect for his neighbors or neighborhood, he puts his dumpster/garbage http://www.thebagster.com/ across the street on his neighbors property the neighbor contacted codes because he doesn't want to be found liable if someone gets hurt if that hasn't happened yet? he doesn't have a "permit for doing construction on his home" codes was called and codes have been to his house and posted a sign to remove within 48 hr and that time has past and nothing has been done? the nerve and disrespect of this officer dumping his garbage on another persons property is awful. see uploaded photos on topix

Post the name of the officer. The bad publicity should make him and/or the UPD actually do something.

This is real easy. If you have a 4x4 with a snowplow just videotape yourself shoving his shit back over onto his lawn and eat the fine. If he puffs up his chest deflate it for him. They may not like the end result but if he's in the wrong there's nothing he can do. He can't just "shove it back" across the street. We had a similar situation years ago with a property line dispute. When you're right you're right and all the cops and Judges in the world can't stop someone's parking lot from getting Vermeered in half on an Easter Sunday morning when the property maps show they are dead wrong and pushing their luck. They just stand and watch. The next time he gets stupid he'll take it to someone easier to push around.
They are counting on you viewing his employment as an "edge" or advantage. Make it a liability instead.
a police officers job is to keep the peace and enforce the laws not break them or cause a panic in his own neighborhood ? if i lived near this i would prob be the better man and just try to resolve the matter that should have never happened in the first place his actions and codes actions not doing anything because hes a cop is just wrong,
