If you have any old paper work with the vin numbers, I have seen sites that will find it for you. No clue if they work for I have never tried one. Or if you know the vin, maybe try the DMV office or the tag office and ask if they can look it up for you. Nice car btw !

Ahh, that's one thing that no one ever forgets, huh? Their first car..it ranks right up there with who you shared your first kiss with or lost your virginity to. My first car was a 1972 Chevelle (short-body) with a .327 engine, Hurst shifter, cowl induction hood, air shock system, Cragar Rims. I sure raised a lot of unholy hell in that car!

Wish I could say I had a 72' chevelle as my first car! Mine was a 90' model Ford Ranger 4x4. I raw dogged that truck and babied it between. I washed, waxed and polished it so much that I rubbed the paint off the edges of the hood lines. I woukd love to have it back and restore it, oh the memories..

I hear ya! I have had a series of decent cars and sh!t wagons as well, LOL! From the '72 Chevelle I went to a 1984 Ford Truck 4 x 4 (short bed/4 speed w/ bulldog 1st gear) that I really tricked out and made an extremely sharp vehicle out of..and I had a lot of fun both on and off the road in it. After it came an '86 Chevrolet Camaro RS which I also tricked out and made sharp. From there things went a bit downhill for the next couple of whips, a Ford Granada 4 door and Toyota Corolla, both of which I hated but were necessary at the time. Things then picked backup when I got a Mazda 626 and then the ride I have now, a 2002 Chevy Impala LS..oh, and cannot neglect my two toys: 1959 Corvette and a 2002 Harley Davidson. And that is my nearly 30 years of cars, LOL!
