This team was formed in 1951 and they beat about every team in SEMO until the Korean War called some away and they disbanded. Couple boys were from Malden but most were Parma High School boys.
Thirty years later they returned for their anniversary and from that "Home Town Days" was born. The whole town and surrounding areas families come for fun and fellowship at the Community Building, followed by pork barbeque picnic on the old school grounds. Mark your calendar each July and come join the fun and fellowship. Parma will die if good men and women
turn their backs on the youth in the town. They are the future so treat all with respect and honor
them when they are doing their best.

It has been a long time since the beginning of Home Town Days in Parma, Mo. We have lost a few good friends by death but there are still enough of us to fill the Community Building each July. We are looking forward to seeing a good crowd and pray the heat is turned off long enough to allow us to celebrate without turning into a puddle of melted fat.:) Bring your family expecting to have a good day and you really will. If you have old pictures of previous gatherings bring them for Show & Tell.
