I think Bouquet Hill was named for British general during the French and Indian War. When the colonials commanded by George Washington and the Redcaots were attacked by the French, they built a fortification out of flour bags on Bouquet Hill and buried their dead in the road running over the graves with their horses and carts so their caasualties were not known.
