That is the place. In 1988, after JC Penney's moved to College Square Mall, Rose's relocated to their former space. In 2003, Rose's closed and that part of the Plaza was demolished to make room for Home Depot. How sad, that the HD warehouse could've been put on the Food City end of the plaza and left Rose's alone.
