I also highly recommend that anyone in the county who has any personal or residential damage from any of these companies to contact an attorney immediately. I am pursuing legal retribution from the damage caused by Bonanza Creek to my personal property, and it would benefit others in this area to look into doing that as well. Look for cracks in your foundations from nearby drilling operations----look for windows and doors that don't close properly after the well recompletions.

They are shaking the ground and causing trespass damage to our property, and I've had this confirmed by both licensed civil engineering firms and home inspectors. Seek legal advice and get the EPA to do something about this now before statute of limitations runs out and you can't file your claims.

I've lived right up the road from you my whole life and have NOT had any of problems. If the timestamp in your photo is correct, that is not a stray, he belongs to your neighbor. Have you possibly thought that maybe the tree roots in your yard next to your house are causing the foundation problems? That house was in horrible shape when you bought it. I know you all have done a lot of work to it, but I highly doubt that their drilling has caused you foundation problems.

There has been oil around well heads in Columbia county since the first oil well was drilled years ago. A dog biting the wire on a Murphy switch wont cause an explosion. Dumb ass.

I agree here - I have never heard of drilling for oil or gas will cause damage to a house. My family has worked in the oil field all my life and this sounds a little fishy.
