One thing I noticed when I moved here to Korea is that ginseng is everywhere around here. At some of the bars they keep these big jars full of soju (kinda like korean moonshine) with huge ginseng roots. I had seen ginseng all my life in West Virginia and I was amazed at how huge these ginseng roots are over here. Just one would probably be close to a 1/4lb. I'm just saying that was quite a site for this West Virginia boy to see.
