I'd like to be inside the cave now as it would be a lot warmer than outdoors!! Same termperature year around. I nice 55 degrees. This comes from a former tour guide years ago. Go enjoy the cave!!
mtn man Marlinton, WV	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #3 May 5, 2010 in the winter the wind goes IN the cave mouth. it is COLD until u get further in. in summer the air flows out of the cave. i used to work there, but gave it up. the owner is a pain, and will work u like a dog if u do maintenence. it is ok, for a summer job. but u will starve in the winter.
