Isn't it interesting that all those graves on the lower side only have God's Child written on them. I would love to know the story. We ride by this place a lot on our 4 wheeler.

Everyone is considered to be a child of God. If you believe in Christianity.

My great uncle Kash Browning made most of those God's child markers. The earliest burial I know of is 1878 Felix Browning who died around the age of 3. He was one of my ggrandfather Daniel Browning's children.Four of my great grandparents are buried side by side. Andrew and Susan Miller and Daniel and Rebecca Browning. They were great friends in life. My grandparents Fred and Lula Browning Miller are buried beside their parents. Several brothers and sisters of Fred and Lula are buried there. Dad told me stories back in the 40's and 50's when folks would come by their lumber pile and get lumber to make coffins for burials. I am deed holder to the property and have no issue with locals using these grounds for burials. Most everyone there is related to me one way or another.
