I am not sure. Will have to check that out and get back to you. I know that it was objected to and legal action threatened (overtly or covertly, not sure on that either) and so Wanda's family lost their billboard advertising the reward they offered. Will check with So Sad, Wanda's daughter about the full story. She might even read your question and respond herself. Watch this space!!

Whomever killed these people remember dang well what they looked like - You know they don't want the deceased lookin' back at them from a billboard - I say , to Hell with the protesters and put it back up - Since when do killers have the right to dictate to everybody else ??-When they're caught , put their pictures on a billboard , right next to the Campbells -

Wasn't court ordered. So Sad (Wanda's daughter) did not let it go that far. She didn't want to bring down legal hassles on the billboard company since they had been nice enough to donate the space. So she told them to go ahead and remove it so as to not have to involve them in a fight.
