I inherited some property in this area in 2008. I have not been up to check it as of yet due to some legal problems.
I take it that these are legal pot growers and that they aren't squatters.
I'm not interested in keeping the property so I hope that the value of the property is not affected by the growers.

Dont know if you have checked the prices but they are affected by the growers, because of them the price has skyrocketed in the last few years. If you have a 1.5 acre parsel with nothing on it you can expect to get at least 65,000 for it. 4 years ago it was worth 20,000. If you have it sell it now!

I'd enjoy destroying all that discusting drug garbage and the L-O-S-E-R-S that use it.
