You need to go to the Greenup dog pound in person. Do not call, it doesn't help you retrieve your baby. My daughters' dog was missing for over two weeks. We went twice, but could not go in on the first visit. We left his picture and info..On the next visist, we were allowed in, and he was there, labeled as a girl...You'd think they would notice the difference. His picture was also on display at the front deak....This, by the way was his last day. He had been there the entire time..Go look for yourself...
