I see the photo but kind of hard to read. It appears that the land was going to be a Town Square with restaurants, hotel, condos, parking, medical/offices spaces. Does that say city museum on the map key?? So, this was the reason for the first 4b push along with revitalizing the n. end of center....interesting. 4b corporations can provide land & buildings that bring in business. Museums are all acceptable expenditures along with many other projects.

OKAY, I can't read the text on the image. What's the posters point, that plans sometimes change from their original perception,(were not these plans originally drawn up prior to the Bush era economic collapse?) or that corruption, nepotism and insider blah blah blah are responsible for the multi-headed monstrosity being built now?

I suppose the point is 3 million (at tax payers expense) versus 900,000, but perhaps the poster can clarify.

I have copies of the minutes in a box. I'd have to dig to see the exact figures. Just going off memory. Not sure who originally owned it and how much they paid for it, sold it for, then asking price for city if 4B passed. When I have time I'll dig through my stuff.
