Deer Park, TX - The pit bull ran around the neighborhood cat in mouth, looking for a place to deposit it's kill. This ended up to be in my backyard.

Sorry for your loss, are you having a bad day or has something else happened recently that made you think of this?

I just have a question, why are you posting a picture of the poor dead cat????? I understand how you feel I am a huge cat lover & Same thing happened in our yard on Friday Morning. 2 dogs killed a cat & we had to call animal control. It was bad, but you dont see me posting pictures of the dead cat here

PP, posted the pictures and it just reminded me of when my cat was mauled by a pit bull. I didn't post the pics.

To post pictures of a dead cat, is your choice, but I do disagree with the words of your posting. Cat crushed by jaws of "Pit-Bull"...could you not say "Dog"? Did you watch it happen? You actually saw with your own eyes that a "Pit-Bull" killed the cat? People are very qucik to call out a "pit-bull" when some kind of attack happens. I own two pit-bulls and they are the best dogs I have ever owned. What it comes down to is an irresponsible pet owner. I do agree with people saying that pets need to be on leashes. When you own a pet it is your responsibility to make sure your pets are safe and taken care of, don't be so quick to blame others/animals if you haven't made sure your pets are safe.
