Great picture Farm Girl. I love old homes. I bet it is really beautiful on the inside. Does it have a back staircase?

Yes, it actually has two back staircases and the most beautiful mahogany wood staircase, doorframes and wainscoting that I understand has never been painted over in all of these years, marble flooring and the highest ceilings you can imagine.

At one time there was a beautiful summer room on the north side. There is a spiral stairway up to the top of the home where the carrier pigeons were housed.

Each and every brick in that house came from Italy and was hand wrapped in heavy brown paper for shipping. In those days even the brown paper cost a small fortune.

“Waz up?”
