Did anyone see the full page ad in Colton City News? Interesting headlines from the Sun Newspaper.

In bold letters "Colton Has a Toxic Dump problem."
Then it goes on to say "50 years of waste accumulation has been ignored by Federal,State and Local officials" and has old newspaper headlines that read "Residents sick, tired, say toxins to blame." Who was in charge of making sure it got cleaned up or more importantly, who declared the job done when it clearly was not? Can you say "class action lawsuit"?
Best way

You will hear more at the City Council meeting on the 21st of June when the council votes on the CUP denial appeal. I'm sure the Planning Commissions denial will be up-held and you will understand that there will be no room for a "class action lawsuit".
I'd say more but I don't want to give Soil Safe any wiggle room in there claims about the "Hazardous Toxic Dump" and what they plan to do. More to come but wait till after the meeting and Soil Safe is no longer around to needlessly frighten the citizens of south Colton. Attend or watch the meeting for yourself.

you missed my question:
Who was in charge of making sure it got cleaned up in the 1990's or more importantly, who declared the job done when it clearly was not?
