Coffeyville had a flood 2 years ago that wiped out the east side of town over 300 homes and a few bussines on top of the flood waters our refinery had an oil spill of over 71 thousand gallons of crude oil and other chemicals.
as for tornados we see a lot around here have not had a direct hit in a long time as for kansas itself we are part of tornado alley

I never knew Coffeyville ks to be hit with a tornado, even though the high school is called the home of Tornados I never seen one living here all my life and the one I did see never hit our town, but the worst I've seen was the flood we had here. If you move to Coffeyville Ks, stay away from the east side past the rail road tracks and first of Grant street it's full of crack heads...
Outside of that Houses are cheap here and alot of fixer uppers at handymans specail prices. CHEAP !!
