Cleveland, TN - When we fogged giant cockroaches swarmed out of the house, You wouldn't be able to identify a normal sized bug in a photo. When Pestaway was sent on June 11th I was told i did a pretty good job.

This place is about to be for rent as the current renters lease is up.
It's condemned for repairs at present.
It looks nice, inside, but beware. You'll be spending a fortune on Bengal Roach Spray.
Next door on 14th is worse because they have 'Willard"-style armies of rats, and no screens.
The landlords says he can't exterminate rats when someone lives IN the house-it's unhealthy (like rats don't carry fleas that cause plagues-black death anyone?)
The house on Harle and 14th is full of fruit flies all the time, and the roaches love the damp basement (that's why it's condemned for repairs. Flooding.)
The building inspector said he could advise the landlord to do something about the heat ductwork because there's probably mold in them which, come winter, will blow mold spores throughout the house-not healthy.
The landlord, under duress, just put that ductwork in. Don't expect new ductwork anytime soon.
Be advised the owner of this house will promise you the moon to get you in. Once you're in, though, forget it. It's a money pit and guess whose money: yours. If you want to try to get it back be ready for a battle.
This landlord would rather pay for court than cave in to a reasonable tenant request (like honoring a promise made on the lease-a binding contract). It's a matter of principle with him, to not do any maintenance whatsoever unless forced (I'm talking heat-which is an essential service, not trivial things, like fresh paint).
It will cost you A LOT to upkeep this place.
