Socoal Security used to be here in 1960's. Third street was the main entrance and it had beautiful, wide marble steps.

Should have restored it like the waldo. That would have brought people into town on trains, buses and horse and buggy.

You have to admit, that grass lot where the city building use to sit looks allot better than the Waldo.

When the building came up for sale I was told that Joey O offered $5000 for it.They said how ridiculous the offer was. I told the person that before it was all over the city will wish they took the offer. It cost a fortune to keep the utilities on in that place to keep it from deteriorating. When it was all said and done guess who paid to tear it down?
