Love walking and shopping at this mall. Most store even let me take my dog in, cool. We, in Chula Vista, are so lucky to have a place like this. But with this economy we need to start shopping here a little bit more instead of some the other malls in San Diego. If we don't shop at this mall the stores will soon go out of business. I might see something I like in Fashion Valley or La Jolla, but I come home to Eastlake to do my purchases. Lets all build our community together and make Eastlake and all of Chula Vista a better place to live...

I totally agree and I live right down the street from the mall. But I'm sorry it is very hard to get good customer service at this mall. Especially Macy's. I get my make up there and it seems as if you don't speak spanish they really aren't interested in you. And I am hispanic so I am not being bias. The spanish speaking thing doesn't go for the other stores but I do feel as though sometimes if I walk into a store and ask for help I feel as if I'm being a bother. Step it up O.R. mall employees.

Are you sure they seem not to be interested in helping you when you speak english? I bet it's one of those weird things where they assume you speak spanish because you are hispanic and get mad if you don't?
