I used to go to this school in the mid/late 50's. I lived right across the street on the corner, 107 Moffatt St. Sadly it no longer stands.

I had two of the best teachers in my life at this school.
I had Mrs. Evans in the 5th grade and Mr. Kessler
in the 6th.. Both of them really cared about their
students and made sure they learned.
If the teachers of today used the same methods that were used then I'm sure our kids wouldn't have all the problems they have today..The school was very big and I remember that the rooms were interlocking so to get to the main hallway you had to go through several classrooms. Although it's gone I will always have fond memories of my days there.
