No, the Abercombe (the old name) was torn down. I think it was called Belmont Dyer at one time. Spectrum is a few yards down the road from it. The Spectrum and Abercombe are separated by some houses and the grey condo's. I was told that a really nice park existed there at one time across the street also named Abercombe Park.

I don't know there future intentions.??? I suspect condo's or houses will be built there in the future. It will be next to the New River Park when it gets built.

The Spectrum Owners got approval for an 80 slip bock dock and have talked about a boat storage area beside that plant. They are in no hurry to build it.

I downloaded the picture of the plant the same time I downloaded the Gateway Toll Road Proposal. I had it in the picture section on my computer thought it was worth downloading to photos.

justsaidit posted it. I guess if you reply to a photo it posts it in the forum.

That's correct Crews, if you reply it starts a thread. Thanks for posting it! I think it's cool to show different parts of Belmont and talk about the past and future uses.
