Isn't it funny that Mr. councilman's son can issue a H2O citation like candy but the city runs the fountain now daily!
Hmmm...I can only water my trees (which by the way if they survive will actually help conserve energy, water, etc) 2 days a week.
They said my next citation I would be halled off to a dehydration camp and beaten!

It is not your water, its theirs. You have no right to it. You are allowed to pay for use of their water. Also, since they cant sell enough water to the corporate machine as in years past you're stuck carrying the purse. Wait till Duke gets ahold of the sun.

This is ridiciulous! The fountain isn't using much water, just what evaporates and it's a fixture in our town that represents our whole town.

Watering a tree or grass is different than runnning a fountain. Would you rather have staginate water breeding mosquitos or perhaps a bone dry fountain? Now that says welcome to Belmont!

Isn't it time to ease up on our over zealous restrictions anyway? Come on left wingers, loosen up a little!
