Anyone that is in an accident there, needs to sue both the pawn shop and the city. They both realize this is a safety hazard and are doing NOTHING to prevent accidents. They should at least put up a traffic light there.

this intersection, including the railroad tracks, has been responsible for hundreds of accidents over the years. I can still remember the little girl that was thrown into the base of the garage door at the cash jobbers building back in the early 80s after being hit by a car that was hit by a train. It has become apparent to me that the greedy shop owners in the shopping center are the responsible parties' since they are the only thing standing in the way of that entrance to town being closed. In any other town the cash jobbers building, the Dairy Queen, and the shopping center would have been demolished long ago. I've been in all of them and can tell you that none of them could pass an inspection for structural soundness by a state engineer, so, you tell me, what's the deal?
