I find this to be a very interesting article. Perhaps you may find it interesting as well. "The hero of the video wasn’t in control of his thoughts and actions anymore and himself became “Thoughtless”. If you’ve read other articles on this site, you might notice that the story of this video is similar to those of Rihanna, Beyonce and Omarion’s. They all show steps to satanic initiation. Why is that? Because the same people are behind all of those videos. They just reach different audiences through different styles of music. MTV and music channels distribute those promotional videos to young people around the world. The ultimate goal: to make you “thoughtless”."

Yep. And they do it via various genres of pop music. There are those who are convinced hiphop is evil. Or heavy metal. Or mainstream R&B. Or alternative rock. The fact is that the system uses all those genres to promote THOUGHTLESSNESS, yes, and a lot of other evil ideas, notably SEXISM. They learned from the 60's what happens when free-thinking artists start to affect the minds of the youth. You get the Beatles promoting social change, Bob Dylan telling historical truths, Marvin Gaye asking WHAT'S GOING ON? and so forth... can't have that!!! No, we need dysfunctional white-noise screaming metal bands, and hiphop videos with naked almost-black lightskinned females cavorting, and so on... And if you think that's bad... look at the subtle social messages in the TV commercials!!!

The article/articles are posted to invoke "thought" outside of the pretty little box in which you choose to live. If you read the article in its entirety you will notice that at the bottom are links in regard to african american artists with the same premise. Have a good day.

The majority of the article doesn't have anything to do with AA's, with exception to the mention in the conclusion. It would have made better sense if you posted the related articles instead.

It would have made better sense if you posted the related articles instead. This forum has more than just AA's that post here. Perhaps some non AA's can relate to which the article is talking about and would like to comment on it in regard to how they think it effects their communities considering they do talk about the music that AA's listen to. This article shows that there is flaw in ALL music regardless of the race that it all ties in someone to the same things. So it made sense to "ME" to post it exactly as I have. The other articles that I post also are thought provoking and are not just geared to AA issues. Its geared to all issues that effect AA's and all others who reside in the united states. There are many times that I do post things specifically geared to the AA community and there are times that I do not. I post what I would call a variety of interesting thought provoking topics. Topics which cause a variety of reaction from the many who frequent here. Some like it and some do not but the main goal is to provoke deep profane thought.

The song describes how one who is not part of the herd is picked out and beaten up for not doing so. This inspires him to become even more distant from the flock, abandoning all that makes him similar to them. This process of becoming a social pariah has created many great thinkers, artists and scientists, because they choose to be different. The message of this video is to think for yourself, above anything else, and i agree with the symbology totally. I say this because God in the modern sense is the one that most people follow, without much variety on what they believe. This kills any sort of orgionality or thought in my eyes, because it is about following the path that some invisible man wants for you. Satan here represents freedom from such social constraints. Though you may become the newest pariah in your area, you are spiritually, emotionally and intellectually liberated from what holds many people back, and that is fear of social stigma.

This is what happens when one who lacks the comprehension to understand what is infront of them, yet posts anyway. The flock is what i call them. Baah.
