Video of California police shooting spurs investigation

This is obvious police terrorism and murder. Here we see a police officer place a man on his stomach, face down with his hands in plain view, this man was in at least one point, to two point restraint, the man was offering no resistance and was complying with the officer's orders. We then see the terrorist police officer pull out his firearm for absolutely no reason what so ever and cold bloodily murder the man. Shooting him in the back while he was down!

This action is on video, and there are eye-witnesses right there, this time, this time Lord, this officer here in this particularly case MUST be charged with and convicted of murder, and police reform around America MUST follow.

This is happening time and time again, with no action versus the terrorist police involved. This matter MUST change how police conduct is investigated and how police interact with society.

Tim John it will not change because a black man, woman, and child's life mean nothing in this country. People are too busy being silent and going with the flow of the system. Too busy telling you that you are wrong for speaking out against the mistreatment of your people. They label you racist and bigot. They want you to be quiet and shuffle along. They try to silence you and talk over you when you speak out in outrage. They are cowards! They are the lovers of the barbaric system that has no qualms in regard to killing their people!

It is time black people stand UP and OUT and DEMAND that these kind of actions stop! They have become weak, divided, and complacent. When that happens you get incidents like this on a continuous basis.

Its time we demand of our politicians and the "new" attorney general that action be taken. If no action is taken vote these complacent self serving entities out of office.

Time for the congressional black caucus, NAACP, and all the other so called for the people agencies to get off their butts and do something. These losers have become too damn complacent. Mellowed by material things and comfortable living.

How about teaching your children in this case a 22 year old thug ,to get a job and not fightin and robbing people on the train platform. Then they lessen the chance of getting into further troble with our law. and most imporatntly tell his friend to stop when the police say stop. Never seen a cop hit a person who follower orders and showed him respect.

Every Black man knows, that while we are driving and we see that police interceptor come up behind us,.... that feeling right there* that feeling that says, "Ahh schiit here we go, I'm driving - all of my information is in order, but it doesn't matter, if this police officer decides to stop me, because I "look like I'm driving erratically",.. even though I'm going straight as hell. He could just walk up to me, position himself off of his camera in his police car and shoot and kill me -- and give any reason under the Sun as to what happened, that's if,.. IF he even has to go to court!

Again, this,.... all in a country, where a Black man can't even cross the street without using the cross walk without getting charged with a jaywalking. Whites are free to play in the streets in their neighborhoods.

That feeling of driving while Black, is why I call police like the one in this story terrorist.

the definition of terror is when you MUST fear a person or a group, let me repeat it is when you MUST fear them....

We as Black men MUST fear them, because we know this could happen to us at anytime, and they are FREE to carry out this type of illegal practice backed up by the courts.

Show the cop that you are civil and respect his authority and he will reciprocate. Run,Fight Holler act lie a fool and he will have take actions to control your behavior.....If you get shot accidentally because you created the disturbance then you have to suffer the consequences. In this an accidental shooting

The only saving grace in this conversation is that after reading your posts, I am find comfort in knowing that you could never score anywhere near high enough on any test to actually get a job like cop or any other position of authority.

this police officer, while looking for her boyfriend for drug charges, stormed her house THEY KNEW WAS FULL OF CHILDREN, saw her upstairs and fired shots hitting both her and her son, maiming the son for life...

In court, the prosecutor bring 1 misdemeanor. I must repeat that the terrorist murderer baby maimer is charged with 1 misdemeanor, he is sat before an all White jury, his judge is White - he is acquitted because he feared for his life.

He feared for his life, shooting at an unarmed woman carrying her son in her hands after he busted through her door!
