What's new? this is another aspect of the Black male genocide moverment (BMGM). Black men commit mentacide (suicide of the mind), therefore they don't take care of themselves both socially and healthwise, and by killing other blacks (suicide of the body, killing the black in them) they commit homicide. Then they can go with other men, use drugs and a lot of the black intelligensia and Black "middle class" men go with white women.

The Black men who do make Black babies, succumb to the above and the babies grow up in poverty, fear and no dad (and will probably end up on the prison plantation) and cycle repeats itself until they all be gone...

The African ppl sold their own ppl off as slaves, they used them as slaves as well..but, they gave only their mentally challenged, and criminals to the Dutch and so that is what we have here today, blacks that have criminal roots.

Any study that compares races of people to one another is designed to perpetuate the division through racism. Let's not forget that the real battle is between the people and it's leaders if the people are ever unified the government will become subject to the demands of the people. If you do your homework you'll find that most riots and civil unrest is engineered. Learn to see thru this garbage and see what's really behind it. What purpose does such a study serve? Who benefits from this information who funded this study? We've been buying into this bs for almost 200 years regarding blacks time to put it to rest.

From the beginning the system was set up that way for blacks to fail, to struggle, fight and die for an once of respect in this country, so I wonder why are they trying to concern themselves with the outcome they already knew was destined?

Then should these blacks not overcome the system, and succeed on their own merit, instead of allowing false ideas to shape their lives? How much easier is it to say I have failed because the system set me up for failure, than to say, I have succeeded despite the system?
There are many, many successful black americans. Why do some overcome this system you refer to, but not others? It is the individual who fails themself, not the system.
