Witness Admits 3-some With R. Kelly & Victim: Woman to testify in upcoming trial.

this case is all about white lawyers picking the pockets of a rich black man. their is no complaining witness so there should be NO TRIAL!

I liked R. Kelly until he got caught up in this mess. All the beautiful women he could have had and he'd rather had taken advantage of a child. I'm sure the girl was fass as hell but,still, she was a child.

R. Kelly's nasty rapist azz needs to be locked up in prison. Pedophile. Dangerous. Pervert.

The comments on here remind me of the Boondock's episode in which fans of R Kelly excused his molesting a young girl because his music was good. It's sad to see that satire is often more true than not.

call on this one and he has to pay if he is found

The game was set and he got caught in the mix, Go do the time and think next time before capturing a young girl of her younth. There's are grown women who probably enjoyed the feeling having done to them what RK did to her. In other words find a women his own age to get his freak on. then make a song as he did (theres nothing wrong with alot of getting wet-n-bump 2 nite) Poor judgement call to be said the lease.

he took advantage of a child, so yes there should be a trial. sadly, if he wasn't rich and famous he probably would have gotten away with it because a lot of times these things aren't reported because the CHILD FEELS SHAME when it's obviously the adult in the situation who should be ashamed, but r. kelly doesn't feel ashamed and he doesn't fear the law either because he knows there are people out there like you who will excuse his acts of pedophilia because he makes good music.

i used to like his music too. tp2 was my fave cd when it came out. but now i know he likes to touch little girls, so i can't listen to his music the same way any more and i sure as hell won't spend my money to help put money in his pockets. no way.

a child molestor is a child molestor, no matter how famous he is, how good a singer, etc. he should be brought to justice for what he has done.

This is a toughy...I too think he should be held accountable for his actions of nastiness with young girls. On the flip side, I also do the two-step to "step in the name of love" and scream that's my song when "I'm a flirt" comes on... Damn you Pied Piper of R&B!!!!! lol!...ok but seriously, he needs to go to jail. B/c what he did was wrong and illegal. Period.

fass not fatass. Fass as in "fast" meaning permiscuous and or sexually active at an early age.

Why did it take so long to come up with this adult witness who will now testify that she was also a victim when she was a juvenile. I am not saying that this man is innocent but I don't think there is enough concrete evidence to convict him. How can a jury find him guilty when the alleged victim testifies that she is not in the video and that she is not a victim. I just think that there are more important issues in this world to resolve than whether or not a woman got peed on by a famous singer when she was an out of control teenager who wanted to get peed on by a famous singer.

On another note, I guess we have to add another American Hero Roger Clemmons to the list of famous pedophiles. Also, Marvin Gaye is another artist that liked them young. Will you protesters stop listening to Sexual Healing?

R. Kelly suffers from a god-complex. He is the epitome of those who can't handle the responsibility that comes with fame. If I had to guess his obsession with young girls is about power which he's drunk on. Taping the video, urinating on her, is about demeaning people because he enjoys the rush of feeling powerful. I hope he gets help while incarcerated.

Sorry Kels but I think they have you... No doubt the man can sing and has a gift to write. BUT I ask if that was your daughter, sister or cousin would you still support him? He has a problem and needs to get HELP!
