D.C. sniper: 'Murder this innocent Black man'

John Allen Muhammad, who is on Virginia's death row in connection with the 2002 Washington-area sniper spree, has written to Virginia prosecutors saying he wants to waive all rights to appeal.

...I hate to agree with all the dogged people on this page, but even though I have spiritual questions about the death penalty, I want this man put to death. His cry is just a cry-out for mercy- don't kill me, I want to live! Kill this shyte and get it over with....he would kill you if the shoe were on the other foot! Or me...

I agree, had the whole country living in terror, shooting innocent people, even threathening to shoot a school bus. No mercy - Ice the sucker.

He is a merciless killer. A friend of mine axed me
what if it was a white man? What would we have done?
